24 Feb: Transitions are inevitable. Everything and everyone changes day to day, year to year. Change doesn't have to be intimidating. It can be subtle. It can be sweet. It can be life altering or minute. It can be as lovely as the seasons or as momentous as a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. Regardless of how you perceive it, it's happening. Resistance doesn't make it go away. Embrace it. Inevitable change.
