Hosting a Tarot Party

You are interested in a tarot reading. Maybe you've had one before and feel it's time to for another reading. You mention it casually to your friends. They would like to come too.... Chances are, you can't get appointments at the same time. Especially if you prefer to go to the same reader. What do you do? You host a Tarot Party, of course!

Tarot Parties can be a fun and different way to gather together with friends.

Interested? I thought so. Here's how it works. You host a little gathering. Since our flat rate is a minimum of two hours, that will provide up to six readings (6 readings would be 20 minutes each). Any more than six, and we have to bump up to the next hour and rate. Keeping this in mind, you gather up your friends who would be interested in a reading.

Once you have your guest list, you'll need a space big enough to have your gathering space, with whatever you decide for refreshments, and a separate room to use for readings. We do not offer a space for your party.

Now to book your date and time. Contact us with your choice of dates and times. We will let you know what we have available and if it works for you, we'll book you. Once you've been booked, you'll receive an email with a breakdown of date and time, asking your approximate number of guests, and your address for the party. We will need to confirm the time you'd like us to arrive. We'd like to be early enough to set up for readings, but you'll only be charged when the readings begin. If you have added guests, you can email us and give us a heads up. It may require more time, so please be aware.

Schedule your party, and watch for your invoices.

A week before your scheduled party, you will receive an invoice for the minimum two hours. This will need to be paid by the day of your party, at least two hours before your party is scheduled. We will keep track of the duration of readings done, and if the two hours is exceeded, we will send an additional invoice for the overage. Time is based in hour increments, so if it is exceeded by less than an hour, a full hour is still charged. The overage invoice must be paid by no later than one week after your party date. Take notes during your reading. There's going to be a lot of information and it's easy to forget some.

If your guests decide to share what their reading showed them, that's up to them, we do not share other's readings. Each reading is given in complete confidence. You may decide you'd like to take notes during your reading (I strongly advise this, it's easy to forget what you're told), and if you'd like to take a photo of your reading, that's also acceptable.

Once all of the readings have been done, we will check with you that everyone has been accounted for, and begin packing up. If there are questions from your group, this will not count against your time, but this would be the time to ask. Once all questions have been answered, we'll be on our way.
