30 Dec: Some people are workaholics. Some use drugs and alcohol. Others are addicted to sex. Gambling. Video games. Shopping. There's a power over them that can't get out from under. It's possible, but it's difficult. Hiding from themselves, to not have to face themselves. Hide from reality. The more power they give away, the less they have. The less they have, the more they can play the victim, "this made me do it". Here is the wake up call. Take back the power and face yourself. Take back control of your life. Of yourself. Face the demons in the mirror. Breathe in, breathe out, and get out from it's thumb. Take yourself back. Take control. Live your life for you.
