I'm sure you've heard the Cardinals are letting you know that a loved one in spirit is nearby, and that Crows have messages for you, but did you know the the Common Grackle is visiting as protection? These smallish black birds are keeping away ill intent, like a group of really pretty gargoyles, warding off evil. Also, they are reminding us that things aren't always as they seem, with that iridescence throughout their feathers. Sometimes smiling faces around us are just a façade.
Next time you have a Grackle visit, or many, as the case may be, remember that they're helpers coming to offer protection and a little reminder.
