A little solitude goes a long way

1 Feb: We all need a little down time. Some time alone to think, meditate, and create. It's when the down time let's depression in that becomes troublesome. No one can get you out of the funk but you. So try to keep your thoughts positive. Your actions light. Don't let the weight of depression take over. If you feel its grip, try your best to push it away. It won't work every time, and that's okay. But try, and keep trying. Not giving up is the most important part. Try to enjoy your down time. The more you can appreciate it, the better you'll adjust.
